Be Active 24, is one of the programs affiliated to Consumer Protection Association. It reflects the Association’s strategy through developing the most updated technological methods. Thus, it pioneers major parties and constitutions in the sector of consumer protection in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, causes of problems are thoroughly analysed so that problems are addressed and solutions should be found as the required by the customer and all the concerned parties. Additionally, the program’s infrastructure works in accordance with all institutions, companies and sectors; be it governmental or semi- governmental.  Applications of smart phones and devices which allow these services to work twenty four- seven are being merged. It activates the consumer and its effective role in protecting himself, and his society and continuing the unity of a nation.

The Consumer Protection Association in Saudi Arabia has had many challenges in measuring customer satisfaction and has no systematic means to communicate with the consumer for complaints or suggestions. They were worked to communicate with the consumer through traditional means and telephone through official working hours.
