Application Qassed Al Haramain The official application to communicate with visitors of holy mosque in Al-Masjid Al-Haram and Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi to perform HAJJ and UMRAH from pilgrims and minor pilgrims to get public services from general presidency of the two holy mosques through smart phones.
Challenge
We know that there are a massive number of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques throughout the year. There was a significant challenge for the General Organization of the Two Holy Mosques to know how satisfied visitors are with the services provided
Solution
Developing applications based on Apple and Android system, which allow the pioneers of the two holy mosques to communicate directly through the applications with administrators of services, also it enables them to conduct questionnaires about services via applications. Application is available now on application stores for Android and iOS.
